Addendum

The lease appendix is an integral part of the lease. Each
PL must be sent with a completed credit application and any
other relevant tenant information (employment information,
employment references).

The LESSEE agrees to abide by the LESSOR's rules and
requirements;

1) Provide proof of sufficient income to cover the cost of
rent and authorize a satisfactory credit check with the
LESSOR; otherwise a guarantor and/or security deposit
caution may be required and paid by the tenant and not by
his guarantor.
2) $2,000,000 liability insurance with proof of coverage
prior to move-in.
3) A 1-month security deposit is required at lease signing,
and is returned 5 working days after lease end if no damage
is noted after inspection.
4) Sign an official lease with the Régis du logement du
Québec after acceptance of the promise to lease.
5) Check that the unit's fire alarm is working properly.
6) Inform landlord of move-in date and time, and pay
expenses if necessary.
7) Inform the landlord of any repairs or renovations
required.
8) Respect the non-smoking apartment and premises
peacefully.
9) Pets at landlord's discretion.
10)Respect all condominium rules and regulations.
11)Clean apartment professionally upon departure.
12)Have apartment inspected by landlord before moving out.
13)Roommates, sublets or short-term rentals are not
permitted.
